1. What we collect
Account data: your name and email address when you sign in or subscribe. Assessment data: the tickers you check, your nerve✓ answers, and your scores. Inquiry data: anything you submit through our contact, commercial, or institutional forms, including phone numbers if you choose to share them. Technical data: standard logs, device and browser information, and local storage on your own device for anonymous sessions.
2. How we use it
To operate the service: authenticate you, store your entry history, compute and display your scores, respond to inquiries, process payments, and send the emails you asked for (product updates, score summaries, waitlist notices). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your nerve✓ answers with advertisers.
3. Who processes it
The service runs on a small number of processors acting on our behalf: Supabase (authentication, database, and email lists), Netlify (hosting and serverless functions), Resend (email delivery), market-data providers (price and news feeds — they receive only the tickers requested, never your identity), and our payment processor for transactions. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms.
4. Your nerve✓ answers
Your assessment answers are psychological self-reports, and we treat them as sensitive. Anonymous checks live in your browser's local storage until you create an account; they sync to your account on first sign-in and are removed from the device. We use assessment data to operate and improve the scoring engine, in aggregate and de-identified form.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep account and assessment data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via support@nervecheck.ai; deletion completes within 30 days except where a record must be retained by law (for example, payment records).
6. Security
Data transits over TLS and is stored with providers that maintain industry-standard controls. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you without undue delay.
7. International users
The Company operates from the Cayman Islands and processes data in the jurisdictions of our processors (including the United States and the European Union). By using the service you consent to this transfer. Where local law grants you additional rights (access, correction, portability, objection), you may exercise them via support@nervecheck.ai.
8. Children
The service is not directed at persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes and contact
