1. What nervecheck.ai is
nervecheck.ai ("nerve✓", "we", "the Company") is a trading psychology intelligence platform — research, education, and analytics software. The nerve✓ score is a structured self-assessment of the psychological quality of a trade entry, combined with market-data context. It is a mirror for your decision process, not an instruction to act.
2. Not investment advice
nervecheck.ai is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fund manager, asset manager, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction, and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice of any kind. Nothing on this site, in the application, in any nerve✓ score, band, percentile statement, summary, catalyst item, or communication — whether generated by a person, a rules engine, or an AI model — constitutes a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, short, or hold any security, future, option, cryptocurrency, or other instrument. No nerve✓ score, of any value or color, is an authorization, endorsement, or prediction of profit.
3. Risk of loss
Trading stocks, options, futures, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose more than your initial investment, particularly with leverage, options, and derivatives. Past performance — actual, simulated, or hypothetical — does not indicate future results. A high nerve✓ score does not reduce market risk; it reflects only the psychological and structural quality of your entry as you described it. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions, your capital, and your losses.
4. Self-reported inputs
nerve✓ scores are computed from answers you provide about your own state, intentions, and plan. The score is only as honest as the person answering. The Company does not verify, and cannot verify, the accuracy of self-reported information, and accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on scores derived from it.
5. Market data
Market data, news, and catalyst information displayed in the service are provided by third-party feeds and public sources and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or amended after publication. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data displayed. Verify every figure against the primary source — your broker, the exchange, or the original filing — before acting.
6. No regulatory registration
The Company is operated from George Town, Grand Cayman, and is not licensed or registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, or any other financial regulator in any jurisdiction. The service is software; it does not execute trades, hold funds, manage accounts, or intermediate transactions of any kind.
7. Accounts, subscriptions, and payments
Paid plans renew per the term selected at purchase. Promotional pricing (including limited-time offers) applies only to the term in which it is purchased. Except where required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The nerve✓ scoring methodology, question architecture, band system, software, design, and all content of this site are the exclusive property of the Company. The service grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it. Commercial display, non-display, derived-data, or redistribution use requires a separate written commercial license.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or lost data — arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the service, regardless of the theory of liability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claim, loss, or demand arising out of your use of the service, your trading activity, or your violation of these terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
